Mikayla Kee

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Having the privilege of working with the participants at FUSE is a great experience, with each individual having their own great personality. I've created a great connection with each individual and that is what makes working at FUSE special for me. Watching them grow daily, learning new skills, and having a great bond with each other is what I admire most. I feel FUSE is a safe space where we are making a difference in each participant's life and to me that is what support is.

Amanda Woodard

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

My biggest joy at FUSE is being able make a difference in each one of the participants' lives. Being able to show them the love and patience that they all deserve and need. Qualities that our participants have that I admire the most are compassion and love. Each participant demonstrates the value of being loved for who one is, rather than their disability, and how they accept everyone has made a difference in my life. Working at FUSE Day Support has truly been a dream come true. Not only am I working with great staff, but the participants are one of a kind with hearts so big and the best personalities you will ever experience. FUSE day support is not just a job to me. It's a passion that I get to live out each and every day.

Working here at FUSE gives me the opportunity to build genuine, meaningful relationships with the individuals we support. It brings me joy to see their unique personalities, sense of humor and joy in moments with them everyday. Seeing the individuals grow, whether it's learning a new skill or simply expressing themselves more confidently, brings me a sense of purpose. The individuals also impact me by teaching me patience, empathy and the value of connection. FUSE is more than just a workplace it is an uplifting community where everyone is valued!
